Laser cutting is a thermal cutting process for cutting sheet metal. The laser beam is created by the laser source (resonator), conducted by transport mirrors in the machines cutting head where a lens focuses it at very high power on a very small diameter. This focused laser beam meets the sheet metal and melts it.

Our 6kw CO2 laser can cut from 0.5mm to 25mm thick in mild steel, 15mm in stainless steel and 15mm thick in aluminium. We can also cut sheets up to 1.5 meters by 3 meters in size, all this can be done on site giving  you a personal and speedy service.
